Founded in 2002, sanding Technology Co., Ltd. is a national key high-tech enterprise integrating R & D, production and sales of montmorillonite products. Hubei sanding Technology Co., Ltd. was registered and established in 2013, and the first fully automatic montmorillonite deep processing production line in China was built in 2016. The company has passed the ISO9001 international quality system certification, with a municipal R & D center, two non-metallic deposits, two modern chemical plants and four montmorillonite deep processing production lines, and is the production, learning and research base of the engineering research center of the Ministry of nano mineral materials and application education.
The company has strong R & D strength and 19 R & D teams, including Professor Zhang Lide, chief nano scientist of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Professor Yan Chunjie of China University of Geosciences (Wuhan), Dr Yang Zhihong of China University of Geosciences (Wuhan), and Dr Zuo Shufeng of Shaoxing University of Arts and Sciences. Since its establishment, sanding technology has successively undertaken 11 provincial and municipal scientific research projects, more than 10 horizontal projects, invested more than 26 million yuan in R & D, and invested more than 100 million yuan in montmorillonite industry. The company has applied for 3 provincial new products, 12 independent invention patents and 1 utility model. It has obtained 7 patent certificates, more than 30 core technologies, and published more than 70 related application articles of montmorillonite in various journals.
The company has established close cooperation with China University of Geosciences, Zhejiang University, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Huazhong Agricultural University, South China Agricultural University, Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Zhejiang feed Research Institute and other institutions of higher learning, and is committed to the research, development and fruit transformation of montmorillonite high-tech product projects. Product R & D involves many industries, and has developed four series of products, including medical montmorillonite series (dinette), animal husbandry montmorillonite series (youyangle), daily chemical montmorillonite series (yogurt), industrial montmorillonite series (SENJIU). At present, the company has thousands of long-term customers, including domestic large-scale well-known enterprises and listed companies. Meanwhile, its products are exported to South Korea, Vietnam, Europe and other places, and are unanimously recognized by the domestic and foreign markets.
